249 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using the 249 platform. By registering for or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 249 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use the 249 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as defined by your local laws, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
- Not prohibited by the laws of any applicable jurisdiction from participating in online betting or entertainment activities.
- Register only one personal account using accurate and truthful information.
249 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users who fail to provide satisfactory verification may have their access suspended or terminated without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and the forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses. Each user is permitted only one active account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 249 recommends using a strong, unique password, not sharing your login details with anyone, and changing your password regularly. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the 249 platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could harm the platform or other users. Any attempt to hack, manipulate the system, or exploit technical vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies
All financial transactions on the 249 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved local payment methods, including TNG eWallet and FPX online banking. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current policies stated in your Account section.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to successful identity verification and full compliance with all relevant conditions, including rollover requirements for any active bonuses. 249 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal. Approved withdrawals will be credited to the original payment method within the timeframe stated on the platform.
Suspicious Transactions
249 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Any transaction deemed suspicious or inconsistent with normal usage patterns may be held for further review. 249 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds while conducting an investigation if there are indications of unlawful activity.
4. Account Policies — Suspension & Closure
Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure
249 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The user has breached any part of these terms and conditions.
- The registration information provided is false or misleading.
- The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- The user has attempted to manipulate the system, exploit software vulnerabilities, or collude with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- The user owns or operates multiple accounts.
Account Closure Consequences
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, all outstanding bonus balances and unredeemed rewards may be forfeited. Legitimate deposit balances will be returned once the investigation is complete, subject to the outcome of the compliance review. Users whose accounts have been closed are not permitted to register a new account without prior written consent from 249.
5. Intellectual Property, Liability Limits & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the 249 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 249 or parties who have licensed it to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of our content without express written permission from 249.
Liability Limits
249 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures beyond our control, or third-party actions. Our aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Third-Party Links & Services
249 may engage third-party game software providers and payment processors. Use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions. 249 is not liable for any losses arising from the failure or actions of such third parties.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
249 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction.
